How we get the personal information and why we have it

If you use the Contact page to send us an email then we will have your email address and any personal data in the body of that email. We do not collect personal information in any other way. If you kindly make a deposit to our bank account as ‘Buy me a green tea’ then we will hold no details of that transaction.  The bank concerned will retain the minimal details required for the transaction.

 

How we use your personal information

We do not disclose, give, sell or transfer your email  address or any details therein to any 3rd party unless required for law enforcement of statute. When you visit our website, we won’t collect any information about you, unless you choose to provide us with your email address. If you provide us with any  personal information in the email content we will only maintain that information as long as is required to respond back to you or to fulfil the stated purpose of the communication. 

 

How we store your personal information

Your email address and the email content will be retained on our email server for so long as is necessary for the stated purpose. We will never hold your information anywhere else. Once the stated purpose of our communication is complete all emails and the information contained therein will be deleted permanently.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
